Winning Strategies from award winning SaaS products
At Icon Collective, a famous music school in Los Angeles, one of the final classes students take is called “The Art of Flow.”
Many of the school’s notable alumni say it was the most important class they ever attended.
The core idea of the class? Everyone is creative. And the only difference between those who make a living from their creativity and those who don’t is fear.
Fear is real. It’s psychological. It’s universal.
It’s that little voice that psyches us out from what our soul truly wants to pursue.
And this doesn’t just apply to music producers. It affects you, me, and everyone we know.
That’s why I wanted to mention this class—it seems so relevant to our work as marketers and business owners.

Marketing a product or service isn’t music production. But there parallels.
Some of the most impactful marketing campaigns — the ones that strike an emotional chord with audiences — come from marketers acting as artists. They create something that resonates because it’s something they feel deeply.
When you create from flow, you’re creating from what you truly feel. In that state, you’re tapping into something real and raw — your emotions, your truth.
And in doing so, you align with a frequency of emotions that can resonate deeply with your audience. That’s where connection happens — when your truth reflects theirs.
This week, take a moment to recognize the creative artist within you. And remember that your unique perspective has the power to move people.
Work hearter, not harder.
With that, let's get into what we have in store this week (lots of good stuff):
